Our K-Series mixers offer many customizable features so you can build the right solution for your material mixing application.
CUSTOMIZABLE FEATURES
Custom Input Porting
Input ports can be tailored to customer needs to match existing equipment and service lines and installation requirements. These can optionally include Weigh or Hand Add hoppers to introduce materials to the mix.
Mix Contact Parts Materials
A variety of materials are available for all wetted parts:
- 304 or 316L Stainless Steel
- Carbon Steel
- Optional pan linings, including Ceramic Tiles and spray coatings
Rotor Motor Size
Independently controlled motors for the mixing rotor, pan and plow. Custom motor configurations available to meet the needs of your specific application.
Rotor Quantity
On select K-6, and K-7 mixers a second rotor can be added. Two rotors are standard on all K-8s and larger.
Liquid Dosing Panel
A Bulk and Dribble water panel can be used to dose fluid in a timely and accurate nature to ensure repeatability.
Custom Sample Ports
Specialized porting to pull samples of a mix can be configured for your unique applications.
Frame Build
Heavy-duty frames are available for mixing applications that require sturdier reinforced structures.
Clean in Place
If desired, a permanently mounted automated cleaning process can be added for greater reliability and consistency of cleanliness and maintenance of your mixing equipment.
